Hello,
I’m tracking 2 different dates (Planned AND Revised) within 1 board and I’m looking for a formula that will provide the below results.
-Look at both dates, if either date is in the past AND in the current quarter, then the result is ‘delayed’.
-Look at both dates, if either date is in the future AND in the current quarter, then the result is ‘on time’.

It sounds like you might actually want to use an automation for this! You could set up something like the following:
In the above scenario, you would make dropdown column labels for each quarter and the status would be a column with “delayed” and “on time” status labels. You would also need to set up a similar one for when the status is “on time”.

Hi there, this would work if there was a way to auto-populate the quarter based on the date vs having to manually select the quarter from the dropdown. I was able to create a formula field to populate the quarter, but I can’t use the formula field in the automation recipe so this is where I’ve landed (see screenshots). The last 4 columns are all formula fields and then I’m using a chart to filter by quarter. Note, the first screenshot is only a subset of data.
