How can I limit which emails appear in emails and activities?

Sometimes, 1 client with 1 email address works on multiple deals at a time with us. If there are multiple items, how can I ensure the relevant emails go to the right items? I’m trying to avoid having all emails go into all the items and not sure if this is expected behavior/if there is a workaround. Thanks!

Can you try filtering by item related activities?

I believe this should solve the trick if I am understanding your request correctly :slight_smile:
