I’m wondering if it is possible to see which mails are sent based on posted updates?
I now always add ‘@person’ to a comment just make sure it’s sent, but I think all users already in a update conversation get an update mail. But I’m not sure…
I have this more often, and therefore I’d like to see what emails are sent from a board.
Hey @HarmLommers! To ensure your team members are notified via email, they must ensure they have their email notifications set up accordingly via their Profile > Notifications.
Additionally, if you’d like board subscribers to be notified each time an update is created, you can actually set this up via an automation:
That said, as mentioned above, those users will need to ensure they have their email notifications set to receive emails for automated notifications:
