How can I take a group off a board and create a new board with it, keeping all the formats and fields?

When I select a group and try to move it, it maps the fields to the new board format.
When I create a new board, It’s created with some groups and I can’t delete them all.
I just want to build a new board and populate it with an existing group of other board, either by move or duplicate (copy)

Hey @A.C.T - Could you not just use a board template with the desired format, or is the format of the group you are referring to constantly changing?

If this was me I would just duplicate the whole board and then delete the groups not required? You may need to be the board owner to allow you to do this and the owner of the new board to modify and delete the other unwated groups.
