How do I add a lead to Contacts, a company to Accounts, and connect those items?

In Leads, I have a button that automatically adds an item to my Contacts with their personal information.

Although I’ve been able to automatically add a company to Accounts with its relevent information, I’m not sure how to automatically connect those two new items.

So far the only option it gives me is to connect one of the new boards to Leads, but I’m trying to connect Accounts and Contacts via this automation.
