How can I add a link into an email automation without it displaying the whole URL? This looks quite messy when trying to embed links into an email automation. Any advice appreciated!

A work around to this problem would be to use the Monday API to programmtically access your Monday board and send the email programmatically. You would then be able to truncate the “display text” of the link (to the number of characters you wish) or even set a different display text for the link.

It would be like that with default email. There are 2 workarounds you can write custom HTML for email or use third party app names Supermail.
