Is there a work around that allows you to “cc” two email addresses on an outgoing email in an automation?
Hey @mattstone ~ Welcome to the Community!
We have now added an increment that will serve both our Outlook Integration and Gmail Integration where you can define multiple emails in a Text Column separated by “;” and the email will be sent to each of those emails separately
For example in this recipe:
Choose the Email (column) option from the resulting menu and then choose a text column:
You can define the values (the email addresses) of the Text column as follows: " example@monday.com ; example.monday@gmail.com "
The integration will send an email to both example@monday.com & example.monday@gmail.com!
However, this only works when sending out emails and does not work when receiving emails to the updates section of an item.
You can learn more about all of our emailing options here: How to send or receive emails with monday.com
I hope this helps!
Cheers,
Jenna
So just to clarify. Multiple email addresses cannot be copied on the same/single outgoing email through an automation?
