How to manage 1000s of contacts

Hello,

I have a client with over 10,000 contacts in the CRM. What methods have you used to keep contact boards from getting too slow? Currently, the majority of the contacts are in 2 separate boards. What is the optimal number of items per board? Is there a sweet spot of “less than “x”” items? I think a board can handle like 10,000 items for Pro Plan?

Hi Charlie,
The new mondayDB is alot more efficient and has support for 100K items per board.

And there’s even more to come to specific Enterprise monday CRM boards such as Leads and Contacts in the near future.

Currently the limits are indeed:

  • Pro: 10000 items per board
  • Enterprise: 100 000 items per board
