New to Monday and hoping I can get some answers on the best way to maintain activity records (emails & meetings) against contacts.
Our CRM is built up of 2 linked boards
We want to record activity against multiple individuals rather than the organisation however I cannot see an easy way to do this. I see that updates can be made to Communihub however that doesn’t allow linking of multiple items (contacts).
Can anyone suggest the best way to maintain records against multiple contacts?
