Under a user’s Personal Info I created a new item titled “Supervisor”. I have been trying to figure out how to set up an automation if a user has a task Overdue > 30 days, to send the user’s supervisor an email or notification. Is there any way to do this? The only way to do this is to add a column for user supervisor name or email. Monday.com advised to submit to Community or feature request.
