Hi All, I want to get notified on email when an item is added in any of the boards present in a specific workspace. Is it possible in Monday.com? I am unable to find where I can have automations based on workspace. Similarly I would also want to get notified on email when board is added or deleted. Please help. Thank you

For getting notified over the email whenever a new item is being added in any of the boards available in a workspace - Yes, Just put the same automation in every board you have in workspace.
But for now, we don’t have any trigger available which can notify us about addition or deletion of a board.
Hey @vyas. As @aquibk mentioned, you can add the automation for for item creation to each board. If you utilize templates, you can also make sure to have it added there so it is automatically added to new boards based off the template.
Additionally, you can see usage stats in the Admin section to get a feeling for board creation, etc. It doesn’t notify you but it’s something…

@mark.anley @aquibk Thank you for quick response, While the solution you have provided solves the problem, I was looking for automation at workspace level, i.e. since we have 70+ boards and I would want to add / edit / delete multiple such automations based on the operations needs. For now, I will edit in individual boards until there is a better solution, Thank you.
