Implementation Size

Hello.

I’m wondering what size teams you guys have implemented Monday for? Thinking of moving from ClickUp for a team for about 100. Find there are too many bugs with ClickUp.

Thank you for your feedback.

Hi @Aaron1 - monday is very scalable. We have assisted a number of clients with >100 active users (paid seats, viewers, guests) so you should see no issues/performance degradation, etc.

I would also recommend looking into the Enterprise licensing with a high number of users. This gives you increased capacity of automations/integrations/item counts/dashboard connections, etc…

If you are ever in need of assistance to get up and running, or would like additional information is ENT is right for you, feel free to reach out any time.

Take care,
Mark

Thank you Mark. I will definitely keep you guys in mind.
Did you have any experience with ClickUp? If so, how do you find the tools compare?

Sounds good @Aaron1.

As for ClickUp, my only experience is from a personal perspective playing around with it to see what it is capable of. I found the platforms similar in features, just implemented in different ways. I did find monday to be a more robust solution, however it has also been around longer than ClickUp.

Possibly someone else here has more detailed experience with ClickUp (from an implementation perspective) however I think you’ll find most here may be a bit biased towards monday (myself included)

Thanks
Mark

Welcome to the community @Aaron1 ! I would be happy to chat with you sometime and help you learn more about the major differences between monday․com and ClickUp. They each have their strengths and weaknesses. Monday is super flexible and adaptable for teams of all sizes. Some monday․com accounts have thousands and thousands of users, others are micro-businesses with just a few people. Your team would feel right at home.

We have lots of experience at Polished Geek migrating clients from other project management platforms, including ClickUp. Please reach out at the link below to schedule a time to talk about the problems you are currently facing and let’s see how monday․com stacks up.

While like Mark my team and I are admittedly raving monday․com fans , one of the core values of monday is transparency. So we’ll tell it like it is, the good and the not-so-good, so you can make an informed decision if moving is indeed right for you. Let me know when you’d like to connect!
