Hi everyone! We know many of you have been eagerly awaiting an update here, and we really appreciate your patience on this. I’m excited to share where things stand with formula column support in automations and workflows.
What’s live now:
- You can now use formula column values as dynamic text in automation actions like Notify, Send Email, and Create Update. This means calculated values can now be part of your automated communication and updates.
What’s still on the way:
- Formula columns can’t yet be used in triggers or conditions.
- Support for mapping actions (like “Create item”) and expanded functionality in workflows is coming soon (more details to come).
- We’re also exploring support for formulas in triggers and Mirror columns, this is still in the early research stage.
