Integrating ringcentral call recordings and texts to update an item

Hi Devs,

We’re looking to integrate ring central with Monday.com. We want call recordings to be copied as an update to an item and as well as text messages. The way we thought it could work is by setting a module for Ring Central ‘watch calls’ and another module for monday as ‘update a pulse’. and make a setting that it will update any item in monday with a number that matches the caller ID. But as we are new to integromate all we got were errors. this is one of them:
BundleValidationError
Validation failed for 1 parameter(s).
Invalid number in parameter ‘ID’.

If anyone could shed some light on the matter it would be much appreciated!

Integromat creates their own integrations I suggest going to their support if you are using one of their integrations.
