Time in Status Report
The Time in Status report shows the total time an item has stayed in each status.
The Time in Status data is displayed on the grid calculates in such a way:
For example, the Item was in the Backlog Status for 20 minutes, then moved to the To Do Status. After a while, the Item moved to the Working on it Status and stayed there for 11 hours 27 minutes until it moved to another Status. So the time in the To-Do Status for this Item is 15 hours and 7 minutes.
By generating a Time in Status report, you will be able to track the duration spent in each status category for tasks or projects, aiding in bottleneck identification, workflow optimization, and project management improvement.
Status Count Report
Status Count report
The Status Count report shows how many times an Item has been in each status.
The calculation of the report on the Grid occurs according to the selected period. The Status Count report calculates how much time an Item has moved to each status of the workflow during the particular period.
For example, the Item was in the To-Do status (1 time), then moved to the Doing status, and after some time the Item returned to the To-Do status(+1 time). So the status count in the To-Do status for this Item is 2.
Status Count is providing insights into workflow efficiency, identifying bottlenecks, and monitoring the progress of tasks or projects.
###Transition Count Report
The Transition Count report shows how many times an Item has moved between each status in the workflow.
For example, the Item was in the Working on it status, then moved to the Done status. So, the transition count between Working on it and Done status is 1. Then the Item moved to another status and after a while, the Item returned to the Working on it status, then moved to another status is 2, and then moved back to Done. So the transition count between Working on it and Done status is 3.
The Transition Count report provides a more detailed understanding of the project’s progress.
