How to get Time in Status Report for Monday?
The most widely used report is called Time in Status. It determines how long Items have been staying in each state. To get this report:

Choose the time format type that will be represented on the grid or chart.

The time in status data that is displayed on the grid calculates in such a way:
For example, the Item was in the Backlog Status for 20 minutes, then moved to the To Do Status. After a while, the Item moved to the Working on it Status and stayed there for 11 hours 27 minutes until it moved to another Status. So the time in the To-Do Status for this Item is 15 hours and 7 minutes.
How to get Status Count Report in Monday?
The Status Count report shows how many times a Item has been in each status.

The calculation of the report on the Grid occurs according to the selected period. The Status Count report calculates how much time an Item has moved to each status of the workflow during the particular period.
For example, the Item was in the To-Do status (1 time), then moved to the Doing status, and after some time the Item returned to the To-Do status(+1 time). So the status count in the To-Do status for this Item is 2.
The calculation of the report on the Chart view occurs according to the selected period. Status count calculates how many times the Item from the sample of tasks have been in each status.
How to get Transition Count Report in Monday?
The Transition Count report shows how many times a Item has moved between each status in the workflow.
- Choose the Transition Count report.
- Get the transition count data on the grid as it’s shown below.
For example, the Item was in the Working on it status, then moved to the Done status. So, the transition count between Working on it and Done status is 1. Then the Item moved to other status and after a while, the Item returned to the Working on it status, then moved to another status is 2, and then moved back to Done. So the transition count between Working on it and Done status is 3.
Also you can get a report by Chart view that occurs according to the selected period. The transition count report calculates the number of transitions between status for the Items in the chosen period
