I’m trying to do a GitHub / Monday integration but Monday doesn’t detect the repository team no matter which account I try to integrate with, even if it’s the owner.
Do you have any ideas on how to solve this?

Make sure you are the owner of the repositorys.
And if you try to use private reps, they have to be created AFTER you set up the connection.
Public repos should be found also afterwards, as long as you have the rights.
