Integration With SalesForce Service Cloud

Hello - We use SalesForce as CRM and Service Cloud for the ticketing platform. Our version of Service Cloud Lightning has been highly customized; the Monday support article for SF Integrations says it supports custom objects.
We need to transition information from a SF case to a Monday Board/Item for another department’s resource to do the work. We’ve integrated SF and the automation recipe works well. Many SF fields can be mapped to columns in Monday, however SF case emails and their attachments (images, docs, files, etc.) don’t come up as a mappable items. The Files Column allows a link but that isn’t what’s needed for the migration. As a workaround I can manually add the emails/files by forwarding them to the item’s address but we may get 100+ SF cases a month to transition to Monday (with each containing multiple emails/files) so automation is preferrable. Any ideas?

We have done similar things on SF, Our object was Case, and some custom object we used Salesforce query language using make(ex integromat).
