I wanted to share a short video that we’ve created and are using ourselves to manage invoices. It is a combination of monday board, make scenario and Bitskout that allows extracting data from files.
The setup is done in such a way that you only need monday board if you wish to do things manually (which makes sense if you are less than 100 invoices per month).
Here is the video. One thing that it is not there - we’ve added internally a reconciliation function (we extract data from bank transactions and connect with invoices).
