Is it possible to make a mandatory column?
I want to make a single column to be required so a pulse/item in board could not get created unless there is a value in the specific required column.

There is no function in monday to enforce this. In fact, when you create an item through the UI the item will always be created with empty column values in it. If it would be possible to enforce this the side effect will be that you can’t create items anymore.

This is only possible if you are creating entries via form but not from the board directly.
