Is there a plugin for automated mass emails to clients with PDF attachments and image signatures?

I’m looking for a plugin to help with the automated delivery of bulk emails to clients. This plugin should allow me to include a PDF attachment and an image-based signature after the email’s body.

Are there any plugins available that can automate the sending of mass emails to clients, allowing for the inclusion of a PDF attachment and the addition of an image-based signature after the email’s content?
