Is there a way to add all items to an email when they are set to a certain status?

So I’m trying to create an automatic email to my boss when certain items are out of stock.

we do have multiple groups on the board, separating them into inks/rigged materials/media. we would like to keep it that way as well.

my goal is to have all the items on the board that has a status of ‘Consider ordering’ sent in 1 email every 7 days.

when i did a test it sent the email and push the date back 7 days like i wanted but everything got sent individually.

is there a way that all these can be added into the 1 email? (partly because we only have 250 automations a month but mainly because it would just neater and more convenient)
