Is there a way to combine information from multiple boards on a collective board?

I am looking to hopefully take multiple boards and either post to one dashboard or have a collective roll-up of all the boards

Breakdown would be

Board
- Info
Board

  • Info

Take info pages and post collective either through report or dashboard

Depending on exactly what you’re hoping to achieve - I’d recommend using the ‘Same Item Multiple Board’ app. You can create an automation where anytime an item is created, it will add that same item to another board (your overall board), then any changes that happen on either board would update both directions. Hope that helps!

You could use a Dashboard for that (not the dashboard view inside a board).
Add a table widget for each board you want to see, then select the columns you want to be viewed.

Hi,

You can try by setting up a new board that will serve as your collective dashboard.

Thanks

Yes, you can combine information from multiple boards onto a single collective board. You can use tools like Trello, Monday.com, or Asana. These tools allow you to create a master dashboard or report. This dashboard will pull data from various boards. This way, you get a consolidated view of all your information in one place. It’s helpful for tracking overall progress and managing tasks efficiently. Best Regard tik downloader

Yes! You can combine information from multiple boards into a single collective board or dashboard in monday.com using the following methods:

1. Dashboards with Widgets (Best for Overview Reports)

  • Use the Dashboard feature to pull data from multiple boards.
  • Add widgets like:
    • Table Widget: Displays data from multiple boards.
    • Chart Widget: Visualize key metrics.
    • Workload Widget: Track team capacity across boards.
  • This is great for reporting and tracking without merging data into a single board.

2. Connect Boards & Mirror Columns (For Linked Data)

  • Use the Connect Boards column to link items from different boards.
  • Use the Mirror Column to display and update data from linked boards.
  • This method is ideal if you need a dynamic roll-up of related information.

3. Automations (For Merging Data)

  • Set up automations to move or copy items from multiple boards into a master board.
  • Example:
    • Trigger: When an item is created/updated in “Board A.”
    • Action: Create or update an item in the master board.
  • This works well if you need a consolidated view in one place.
