Issue: Emails and Activities Thread inaccessible

Hi

We are 12 people on the same paid business account, and we all added this feature. How can we make it work so people on my team can access the email threads in a specific board and respond on behalf of the primary person/email? Do they need to use the primary email’s login and integrate it on their end? Or is there a way to just view the email threads without needing to log in as the primary email and just by visiting the boards on their end?

Also, we noticed the email history is pretty cluttered. We were hoping it would only show emails between two specific people, but it’s mixing everything together. When we tried to view someone’s emails and activities thread[date=2024-12-31 timezone=“Asia/Manila”] - The thread includes emails from multiple people in our team - all jumbled up. Not as organized as we had thought.

I’m a newbie and would greatly appreciate any advice or alternative solutions.
