ITEM-specific automation: IF ITEM="THIS_NAME", then DO THIS and THIS and THIS

I need to create a series of automations that are “item/task” specific, similar to this:

IF ITEM=“THIS_NAME” and WHEN status changes to “Done” notify “PERSON”.

I understand there are Marketplace apps I can purchase that may be able to assist me, however, we are a not-for-profit and I don’t have authority to make this purchase.

I’d really appreciate any advice from the Community Brains Trust before my brain explodes from the frustration of trying to find a solution.

Is the person you want to notify a user in monday? Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have?

Hi @dmccarthy22710 We use Work Management and have the NFP version which doesn’t include any of the Enterprise level functions, and only some of then Pro functions.

Yes, they’re a Monday user.

Item name is not an option for automations in WM Pro… What’s your use case, maybe I can help think of another way?
