Apologies if this is already possible and I’m just not doing something right. My team is using the Monday.com CRM, and it would be helpful to have an easy way to navigate from Contact details through to their connected Account (e.g., to see a list of other Contacts, Opportunities, etc. for that Account). Today, when I open a Contact record and then click on the connected Account, it pulls up a view of all of the info associated with that Account, but does not provide an easy way to navigate directly to those Account details in the Accounts section (rather than as a pop-up in the Contacts section). The only option seems to be to click over to the Accounts section and then search for that particular Account. A direct link would be much quicker and more intuitive.
I agree, and would add that this is a more general issue. There is currently no easy way to navigate to connected boards.
I have my CRM deals connected to Work Management projects, and I’m having to hack together an unpleasant manual process to navigate to the projects from CRM.
