The legend (from status options) of my stacked bar graph shows the choices in alphabetical order, but I would like them to appear in the order they are listed in the column of the board.
Is there a way to order the legend items the way they are listed in the board? I my case, the order would be: Good, Could be improved, Poor or None, Empty.
Hi Jeffery, are you using a Status Column for the X-axis? If so, you can drag to reorder the status labels within the Status Column settings and then that’ll be the default order in the chart for the X-axis!
Thanks for the reply. I am using statuses for the X-axis, and those labels are fine.
My question is about the legend below the labels, that come from the statuses populating the graph bars (that is, what is being counted). I want the legend items to be in the same order as the statuses in the board from which they come.
Below is a screenshot of one of my graphs, showing the legend items in alphabetical order, but I want them in the order: Good, Could be Improved, Poor or None, and then Empty. That is what I cannot figure out how to do.
Unless someone points out how to do it perhaps a hack would be to add
1 - Good
2 - Poor or None
Etc etc.
This way I guess they will order based on the number 1 to 9
