Let users optionally constrain the dropdown column to only accept one (or a set number) of inputs.

I have a list of options and I want to allow people to select only one of them. I would use the status column, but there’s nearly 100 options and I would really prefer to be able to paste in the list of options the way you can with the dropdown interface.
