Like Power Bi

I am curious if some of you have used Monday.com as a business intelligence tool, like Power BI or Tableau? Does Monday.com have the capabilities to process and visualize data?

Hello francisco yes we can do for you , integrate to them make like power bi or tableau analytics, in the moday. and kindly descibe the proper process of your workflow so we can help you,

I’ve used Monday data before, but more for project management rather than as a BI tool like Power BI or Tableau. While Monday data does have some data visualization capabilities and can integrate with other BI tools, it’s not as robust in data processing and visualization as Power BI or Tableau. If you’re still hunting for this info, I came across some details on the typical pre-study project that might be helpful. Check out scandicfusion.com for more info.I wonder what else do you use? Can you recommend something?

Just in case this helps.

I’ve been using Tugger for a while now and have seen that they now have a connector for Monday. I’ve been trying it out and it works just as well as the Simpro and Xero connectors I use. Like those, Monday’s connector uses an OData link and the associated credentials, to keep everything nice and secure; this makes it easy to use Power BI, Tableau, Excel and any others that can use OData links.

Well worth a look as they give a 30 day free trial too.

Hi @Feore, yes, we use monday.com data for BI-style reporting, but rather than relying on monday.com alone, we connect it directly to Power BI.

We did this without any third-party connectors, and it’s completely free. We use Power Query along with the monday.com APIs to pull data from monday.com boards into Power BI, then set up automatic refreshes in Power BI so the reports stay up to date.

This gives us much more flexibility for data processing.

If you’re interested, I’m happy to share the Power Query file and more details on how we’ve set this up.
