We are currently experiencing limitations when attempting to extract data from all our Monday.com boards, specifically when compiling reports that span more than 20 boards. Our goal is to analyze teammate hours and associated fees per account, but the current export functionality restricts this process, making it inefficient and error-prone.
What are you trying to achieve
We want to streamline the reporting process by:
Extracting time-tracking data (hours) and account-related fees from all boards, not limited to just 20.
Compiling and cleaning the exported Excel data into a structured format that allows for easy analysis.
Applying more advanced filtering options during export to select only the necessary columns (e.g., task description, time spent, fees, account name, person assigned).
Ideally, having a centralized method or tool (e.g., a dashboard, report view, or integration) that can pull specific column data from all boards without manual consolidation.
