Linking 2 boards - Projects & Assets Allocation

I am linking 2 boards:

  1. Projects - Grouped by Packages (each projects in the group is dependent on each other/finish to start).
  2. Assets - Grouped by a sets of Asset (e.g Group A - Laptops, Group B - Machines, Group B).

Now, if I am in projects board, I want to see which assets are available to me at specific timeline and I can assign them individually. The items will not be visible to me once I have assigned to a group of project.

I also want to have summary of individual items (from Asset Board) that has been assigned to specific group of projects.
