My organisation has been using Monday.com workspace for several years now as an aid to run programmes. We’re now looking at introducing the Monday.com Sales CRM. We’re trying to work out how seamlessly the two functions can work together.
E.g. If I have a contact and account listed on the Sales CRM, and am working with the same contact and account on a project on workspace, is there a way that Monday.com will ‘recognise’ the identity of the contacts and accounts across the functions?
Hi @maddiecoachbright - at this time there is duplicate detection across boards that is baked into the process. However, you can set up some matching automations on both sides (WM and CRM) on creation/modification of contacts to check to see if a match exists, and if so, connect them and alert someone.
These are currently used within Sales CRM to check for duplicate contacts/accounts when a Lead is created. So you could use similar logic across the workspaces.
