I am having trouble with this issue: our entire organization uses the Monday.com system, but some of the less experienced users are accidentally dragging certain important core boards around. This messes up the order of the boards, making it hard for different colleagues to find them. Therefore, it should be possible for the admin to lock boards in a certain place in the navigation so the structure stays the same.
I am wondering if the same option is available - as we are having the same issue.
Thank you
Tanya
I would also be very interested in this feature! It would be ideal of Workspace owners could set and lock the order of boards and dashboards within the workspace.
I have the same issue of many people in workspaces and less experienced users moving boards making it more difficult for all users to navigate the workspaces.
A couple of my customers have this issue, but they are not asking for a lock (even thought they would probably like it) they are just asking me if there is a way to tell who is moving them around. I’m surprised this isn’t getting more votes.
This is needed. It seems any board owner can just drag boards around in the index/navigation menu. Messing up folders and the order of boards in the process.
Only Work space owners should have that permission, and new boards should be created at the bottom of the list or something.
Seems there is another feature request for this, add your vote there too;
