Long Text Line Breaks in Email

Hello.

I would like to forward a ‘LONG TEXT’ column contents on Monday.com and send it as an automation email by using the integromat scenario shown.

The initial source (on Monday.com board) clearly shows the line break of the long text.

The final outcome in the email received omitted all the line break and just shown as 1 line short text.

Please advise how to fix this.

Hi,

When you use the parsed value you lose the JSON so the email client dosen’t know that you want to add a new line.
