Looking for a developer to create a custom chart view

I’m looking for someone that can create an app for a custom chart view based on my table data.

In my table each item has a timeline (start date and end date) and a revenue. I would like to graph the revenue, evenly divided across each month and totalled up for all projects.

The different colours are group of items in the Monday table.

The goal lines aren’t crucial but I would be open to ideas of how to implement.

The final result doesn’t need to be super flexible. It only needs to work with one table.
