Looking for collaborative forms (even as third party-app)

Hi,

I am looking for a way to send clients forms with the following options:

  • save form to continue later
  • share form with others
  • add files one after another
  • (optional but desirable) have people fill out the form simultaneously

The use case is that I want to collect data and assets for a single client but different people in their organisation have different info and assets.
I cannot send out multiple forms per client because they will be confused and elements will be missing.
I need one form that can be completed successively by different people and sent to monday once all required fields are filled out.

I know that monday workforms already offers the option to save and share the form however files will not saved and will have to be added at the very end. This is not feasible for my use case.

We are willing to use a paid service.

@dk_NFroehlich you can try Feedback& Approval app on the marketplace, it does all the things you need, you can share the link to many people to collaborate on the same form and easily stop the submission when needed.
