Hello, is it possible to create a database system with forms to be filled by external users, uploading files and recalling info if the user needs to edit or upload new files? Maybe log in with user and password?

I’m not sure about what you want to do, but Monday forms can be shared with external users through the generated link. They can upload files if the connected board where the replies are stored has a files column.
