We are a team of 3 who have just moved to Monday.com and are looking for help in best using Monday to manage multiple client projects in the simplest, most intuitive way. We need a dashboard that provides a high level overview, we need daily to-dos based on subitem due dates, and we need a way to manage our “projects” as processes with dynamic dates across 40+ tasks.
We have a substantial portion of this built out, but need someone more experienced to help us set up the connections/dynamic dates/dashboards/daily to-do items.
