Right now, you are unable to see any of the status updates in the “Board Updates” widget on a dashboard. You are also unable to export these updates in the “Export board to Excel” feature - only the standard updates are included.
We currently use the status update feature when a client is moving along in their customer journey and we need to keep track of implementation notes during a specific stage. In our use case, this would help future CSMs/teams with being able to easily view important updates from the client’s implementation. The only way you can see these updates is under the item’s “Update” view and they got lost easily and aren’t searchable.
