For a little background on me and the company I work for, we are a packaging manufacturer that uses Monday heavily to manage/track production, shipping, engineering work, sales leads, and more. We’ve been using Monday since late 2020 and have always built our boards based on what we need. I’m sure there are things we haven’t thought of or could be doing better. Hi Chris, we are interested in using a board to manage our production process. We are a smaller millwork shop that manufacturers wood windows and doors. I was trying to find a template in Monday, but fell short surprisingly. If you could point us in the right direction that would be helpful. Thanks.
Hi everyone! We’ve been using monday.com with one of our clients to create a customised MRP and inventory tracking system, and it’s been a game-changer for streamlining their operations. Recently, we’ve also launched our new app, Figment MPL, in the monday.com marketplace. It’s designed for engineering and manufacturing teams to view 3D models and drawings directly in monday.com as this was becoming an issue for our client. Christoper, would love to know if you are doing any plant maintenance tracking or what the engineering teams are tracking. Do you do PDCA, op excellence with Monday or are you guys using something else.
We are a precast concrete manufacturer and new to Monday. Trying to understand how to best setup this system to track order production, order shipping, and potential new sales from upcoming construction projects. I would appreciate any insight. Thank you!
