Marketing My Own Templates as a Sales Package for Customers

Hi there, I want to offer the templates I’ve created in my own Monday.com account as part of a package to market to my clients. A few questions:

  1. In the Contract I have with Monday.com, am I able to market these templates?
  2. Is there a way for my clients to easily import my pre-completed templates?
  3. I would be directing sales to Monday.com, as my clients would have to pay for a subscription, is there a referral discount or something I can work into it?

I know that the developer I hired to set up my Monday.com account did something similar by importing his pre-completed templates to my Monday.com account and charging me for that, but I just want to cover logistics.
