Mass email flagged as spam

I have been using the third-party app EasyMails for a few months and love its functionality. However, on Monday I send an email to 160 people and now my Microsoft email is flagged for sending SPAM.

In our research it appears they are using our Microsoft domain to send the emails and that is what triggered the issue. I was also looking at the CRM mass email feature, but it appears it is set up in the same way.

We have an established domain and are sending to know clients.

With email requirements constantly changing is there a way for these types of emails to go through a monday.com domain with DMARC set up and established similar to Mailchimp.

Has anyone else started running into this issue with mass emailing.

It’s likely because of the number that were sent at the same time. Try staggering the emails? Most 3rd party systems recommend no more than about 10-20 per hour.

Thanks Desiree - Yes I know that is a work around, but you can see my problem it would take me 8 hours to send the email and that is if I don’t forget to go back every hour. :winking_face_with_tongue:

Larger platforms like Mailchimp have it figured out. With as big as Monday.com is I would think they would work for a solution.

I would take a closer look at your email/exchange provider and the settings for your account. Using a third party domain will only decrease deliverability. We moved from away from Brevo for this reason.

There are products that help improve deliverability of your emails. For example, Folderly In this way you could send more than 10-20 email per hour.

When I had a similar need, I used them and was quite happy with the result.

Thanks for your suggestion. We ended up switching to a google address to perserve our domain. I hope it works.
