TL;DR:

Many organizations already use monday.com to track the statuses of their projects and tasks, but how do we measure performance of our team against deadlines we set for our initiatives? Read on to find out :point_down:t3:.

Here’s a scenario: You’re a manager leading a team of folks who are each completing their own tasks. Work is getting done, but you want to identify areas where there is time lag, and also celebrate the work that is getting done early. And you want to do this both at a departmental and an individual level.
