I’m exploring the idea of bringing our SWAG/merchandise process in-house and using Monday.com to manage it. Ideally, we’d like to have our suppliers use our Monday board for quoting, approvals, invoicing, and creating a shop front using file galleries. This would allow our internal staff to easily place orders for external clients.
The key here is that our suppliers would be using our board, so we would essentially own the “webshop” and have complete control over the process.
Has anyone implemented something similar in Monday.com before? Are there any existing templates that might be helpful for this? Also, are there any obvious reasons why this might not be a good idea?
