We love Monday.com and it is critical to our business. What I dont understand is that when we access our site, with password and 2 factor security, that is the last time you are asked for it. Unlike a website like a bank, there is no timeout. You can leave your computer on, shut it down, reboot, etc and when you go back into the site, you are not asked for credentials. So, in a sense, there is only first time access security. I may be missing something, but this has been very concerning and I havent seen it addressed.
we have been discussing this issue. none of my staff log out of monday either so its always active. any answers from the Monday team?
There is a feature in the Enterprise version that will log out users after 5 days due to inactivity or force logoff after 7. Totally useless in my opinion. My local library and church logs you out after a day.
