Looks like there’s no built-in “auto-unsubscribe” in monday.com yet, but you can still set something up. A neat workaround is to embed an unsubscribe form in your emails so recipients can opt out, and then use that updates their status in your board. Others have gone even deeper—build an API endpoint so clicking “unsubscribe” flags that contact and prevents them from getting emails again. It’s a custom fix, but it works.
hopefully, monday.com adds a native opt-out feature soon—until then, these workarounds can save a lot of manual clean-up.
