When a status changes to a specific label, send an email (gmail) to client (email field on monday)

Confused. Why not just use the Gmail integration?
Gmail integration doesnt allow you to use BCC or HTML tags.

My recommendation for the first module would be to use a webhook. On the monday side you can create an integration with this recipe:
If you do that, you would also probably need to add a Get an item module to get whatever item information you want to send your email.
