Our company has many colleagues who work out in the field. These colleagues are also responsible for using the monday.com interface.
Each implementation would have one or more people assigned to it. The way this would work is that I would create a board, a database, with all the collaborators. From this board, the persons who carry out the implementation are referred to.
It works perfectly from a PC, and on the new phones (Iphone13) it also works flawlessly.
However, it does not work on older series phones (Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, Iphone 6). The connect board function does not display the staff. It’s like a column with no function.
Do you have a solution for this? It would be very important, because then colleagues working in the field cannot use the phone application.
