We are a current user of Monday Work Management, and I had planned to evaluate whether I could move our IT team to Monday Service. What I’ve found, though, is there is no way to reply to “tickets” in the mobile app in the “Emails & Activities” tab. This is pretty much a deal breaker. Being unable to respond to tickets while on the go would make it unusable.
Clicking on the submitter’s email address in order to email them directly from the default email app is not a solution. Being able to communicate within the ticket from the mobile app is a core function of any IT ticket system.
