Monday Slowness Loading Item Cards, Logging Meeting Notes

We started w/ Monday in the fall of 2023 & as we have added more boards, connected more boards, set up more automations, & loaded more data we have noticed that Monday is becoming slower for basic things like loading the item card view or even being able to log a meeting summary.

Using the browser vs desktop app & clearing the cache help , but even after clearing the cache earlier this afternoon, a few hours later it is very slow for me just to be able to log a meeting note & that is all I have been doing since I cleared the cache.

We are not that big of a company, only about 50 employees & 600 customers so I don’t see why it should be moving this slow. I would imagine Monday has much bigger customers w/ a lot more data than us & it is hard to imagine them putting up with the system moving much slower than we are putting up with right now.

Has anybody faced any similar issues & had any success dealing with them?

Yes, it seems to be a known issue -we are most frustrated by the documents feature always lagging and then rearranging text unexpectedly. We have fewer than 20 team members and run a small shop even on Monday! Frequently, we have to refresh the page to see what it will finally decide to do with the text we’ve entered. Super annoying. It does seem to be worst when multiple team members are in the same document (as happens frequently for us), but it’s a pervasive issue and I’ve seen requests documented here to correct it for years.
