We started w/ Monday in the fall of 2023 & as we have added more boards, connected more boards, set up more automations, & loaded more data we have noticed that Monday is becoming slower for basic things like loading the item card view or even being able to log a meeting summary.
Using the browser vs desktop app & clearing the cache help , but even after clearing the cache earlier this afternoon, a few hours later it is very slow for me just to be able to log a meeting note & that is all I have been doing since I cleared the cache.
We are not that big of a company, only about 50 employees & 600 customers so I don’t see why it should be moving this slow. I would imagine Monday has much bigger customers w/ a lot more data than us & it is hard to imagine them putting up with the system moving much slower than we are putting up with right now.
Has anybody faced any similar issues & had any success dealing with them?
